linerless labels TO create efficiency

In today’s competitive environment, companies are examining all packaging options. Therefore, understanding the difference between price vs. true cost is critical. For this reason, food manufacturers are examining their food lines. As a result, production lines are expected to do more with less. By focusing on increased through-put, lines are moving faster than ever. Downtime is the killer of efficiency.

Equipment downtime is caused for various reasons. Common reasons include label changeovers, jammed equipment and multiple label skus. Therefore, addressing these concerns is a huge win. As a result, food lines see an increase in sales and revenue. Below are common concerns for food manufacturers:

  • Packaging Design
  • Packaging Cost
  • Production Cost
  • Cash Flow
  • Packaging Waste

Best packaging Combo on the Planet

Our end-to-end solution is the best packaging combo on the planet. For this reason, food manufacturers are making the switch. Linerless labels are the most sustainable choice. Moreover, the no-liner label reduces equipment downtime. Also, no liner means more labels on a reel. As a result, food lines see less downtime for changeovers. In addition, no label liner waste on the production floor, thereby reduces workplace injuries.

Retailers also switching to linerless labels. Primary, the full-wrap label provides better on-the-shelf consistency. Secondly, the dual-sided label offers more real estate for branding. Finally, the skin pack trays are airtight. As a result, shelf life is extended and results in less food waste. Many retailers have sustainability goals that must be met. PET trays featuring linerless labels eliminate styrofoam trays, which cannot be recycled.
