Dec 31, 2009, Hagerstown, MD— The Tag and Label Manufacturers Institute (TLMI), Gloucester, MA, announced at their Annual Meeting held in Scottsdale, Arizona that Hub Labels, Inc. received a first-place award in the Flexography-Color Process-Prime category of the prestigious 2009 TLMI Annual Label Awards Competition. Fifty-five label companies from around the world submitted more than 200 entries to this year’s competition.

The award was received by Thomas Dahbura, Hub Labels’ Vice President of Operations, for client IPACC’s branded personal care product labels. The award is highlighted in Package Printing Magazine’s October 1, 2009 issue and was awarded due to the added difficulty of printing four different images with varied color on the same label.
